Requesting a withdrawal You can request a withdrawal of any amount up to the current value of your investment. The amount is set aside from your investment immediately so it can't be requested twice.

Review and payment - Requests are reviewed by our finance team, usually within 2 business days. - Approved requests are paid by bank transfer to the account you specify. - You'll see each stage — submitted, under review, approved, processing, paid — with the payment reference and proof.

Rejected or cancelled requests If a request is rejected or you cancel it before approval, the amount simply stays invested.

Working days Withdrawals can be requested on working days only. They are not available on Saturdays, Sundays or days declared as holidays.
